Climb a rock face by the end of the weekend! Our qualified and experienced "Adventure Woman" instructors will teach you everything you need to know. From technical climbing techniques to mental strategy, rock climbing offers women of all ability levels a new perspective on the challenges they face and conquer. Go for it!

Five days of climbing near our Ottawa River Base Camp. Taught by women for women. Enjoy the evenings at our Ottawa River base Camp. There is a climbing wall, campfires, sauna, and more. Meals are included. There are hiking trails and canoes available as well for those who just want to get away after a good day of climbing.

WHITEWATER KAYAKING
Kayak, take me away! Feel the rush of the rapids or the soothing ebb of a quiet river while learning to kayak with one of our qualified and experienced "Adventure Woman" instructors.
